Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Coach (Band 7) in Ellesmere Port to support development across Care Groups. The role involves coaching registered staff to improve patient experiences and outcomes, with a flexible 22.5–37.5 hour model.

The post requires MH coaching experience, professional coaching qualifications, venepuncture and ECG training, and an ability to lead in a learning environment. DBS and compliance are required.

Qualifications

• RNMH or AHP with MH experience.
• Coaching qualification or willingness to pursue.
• Venepuncture training and ECG training.
• P.G.C.E. or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work across Care Groups using a coaching approach to design, deliver and evaluate development interventions for registered colleagues at the point of care.
• Support clinical teams with change leadership and coaching in a learning environment.
• Demonstrate Trust values and participate in the DBS and safeguarding processes as required.
