Job summary

Qualifications
- Planning, delivering and assessing programmes of activity
- Experience leading groups or volunteers
- Experience with people who have complex needs or mental health barriers
- Knowledge of barriers to learning for people with mental health issues
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess programmes of activity.
- Lead groups or volunteers and coach participants.
- Support individuals with complex needs to build confidence and resilience.
- Establish partnerships across health, voluntary, community and employment services.
- Ensure programme targets and funder requirements are met.
