This role involves managing musculoskeletal cases and supporting return-to-work initiatives through coaching and professional advice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, evidence-based written reports and advice on workplace adjustments.
• Conduct 8 appointments per day, each lasting 45 minutes.
• Coach line managers and referrers on employee management and referral quality.
• Support the triage function within the Business Unit.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Case Manager in a similar role.
• Valid HCPC registration.
• Degree in Physiotherapy.
