Job summary

The Oaks Care Home in Colchester is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a residential and nursing home, delivering compassionate, person-centred care while ensuring governance and regulatory standards are met. • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a residential and nursing care home.
• Valid NMC Pin or nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of elderly care, dementia care and clinical governance.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and regulatory compliance (CQC).

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop high-performing clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Ensure safe, effective, person-centred care that meets regulatory standards.
• Maintain full CQC compliance and governance frameworks.
