Aurem Care Shared Services Limited is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead one of our residential and nursing homes in Colchester. You will oversee operational, clinical and commercial performance, modelling a compassionate leadership style to drive outstanding person-centred care for residents and support for families.

Work with our Operations Team to develop staff, ensure robust governance and regulatory compliance (CQC), and deliver continuous service improvement while maintaining

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential and nursing care home.
• Experience as Deputy Manager stepping up to Home Manager is acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of elderly and dementia care and clinical governance.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
