Aurem Care seeks an inspirational and clinically experienced Care Home Manager to lead one of our residential and nursing homes. You will oversee clinical governance, ensure excellent person-centred care, and drive continuous improvement across all operational and clinical facets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a residential and nursing care home.
• A valid NMC Pin (Registered Nurse).
• Strong knowledge of elderly care, dementia care and clinical governance.
• Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding resident experiences.
• The ability to achieve KPIs while maintaining exceptional standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and non-clinical teams and drive performance.
