Job summary

Pinar Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Home Manager to lead The Oaks, our 10-bed nursing home supporting adults with learning disabilities and associated needs. You will own the service, providing visible leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and robust regulatory compliance.

You will manage budgets, staffing, and governance while building strong relationships with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 5 Diploma or equivalent management qualification.
• Capable of achieving and maintaining CQC registration as Registered Manager.
• Experience in adult social care and caring for adults with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, compassionate leadership across the home.
• Maintain CQC registration and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure personalised support promoting independence, dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Develop care plans, health action plans, profiles and risk assessments.
• Lead safeguarding and ensure best-interest decision-making and least-restrictive practice.
• Manage budgets, staffing, rotas, training and supervision.
• Drive quality audits, improvement plans and CQC readiness.
• Build relationships with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
