Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a part‑time operator to lead NHS outreach and strategic partnerships, with potential to grow into full‑time. You will design outreach programs, build tracking systems and govern AI agent workflows across clinical knowledge domains, working closely with the founder.

You bring 2+ years in complex operational or partnership work, plus a passion for AI products. The role blends health tech, product operations and cross‑sector collaboration, with hybrid UK office

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning complex operational, clinical or partnership work.
• A romantic streak about software and you believe great products transform daily work.
• Fluency with AI tools; you've built agent workflows or automations.
• Composure across many open threads; nothing you own drops.
• Passion for AI demonstrated by hands‑on building, prototyping or side projects.
• Default to building over requesting.
• Experience or familiarity with NHS processes is useful, not required.

Responsibilities

• Run information‑gathering, outreach and partnership programs across NHS organizations, end to end.
• Build tracking systems: contacts, documents, deadlines, responses, follow‑ups.
• Set up AI‑agent workflows for repetitive, multi‑step tasks and keep them in production.
• Audit agent outputs; identify failure modes, fix workflows and designate human review when needed.
• Write to NHS teams, publishers, societies and universities in a trusted register.
• Map the clinical knowledge landscape: who holds what, who decides, which conversations to open first.
• Prepare founder‑level partnership meetings, take notes and close actions.
• Surface risks and decisions early with concise updates.
