Job summary

Envisage Dental Group is seeking a Clinic Manager for a thriving private dental practice in Sevenoaks. You will lead a clinical and admin team, drive financial performance and ensure exceptional patient care within a fully private setting.

You will partner with the Director of Clinic Support and central teams to deliver growth, maintain high standards and ensure compliance with regulations. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing teams in a professional services/healthcare setting.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to grow revenue and manage budgets.
• Experience tracking KPIs, budgets and P&L performance.
• Ability to analyse business data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent planning and prioritisation.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
• Experience maintaining compliance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and build a high-performing clinical and administrative team.
• Drive commercial and financial performance with full P&L accountability.
• Manage operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
• Collaborate with central teams (Finance, Marketing, HR, IT).
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and succession planning.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and patient experience.
