Every Tail Vets, a new modern veterinary clinic in East Village, Stratford, is looking for an experienced clinic host to join our supportive and ambitious team.

• Welcome clients and their pets, ensuring a friendly and efficient front-desk experience
• Manage appointment scheduling, client inquiries, payment and insurance processing
• Coordinate seamlessly with veterinary team to maintain a smooth workflow
• Maintain a calm, clean, stress-free reception area, upholding the clinic’s welcoming atmosphere
• Use modern tech tools to streamline administrative tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Maintain client data in compliance with GDPR and confidentiality requirements
• Create content for our social media accounts
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or reception role, preferably within a service-focused environment
• Comfortable around animals, with a genuine passion for pet welfare
• Excellent communication, friendly, proactive attitude, able to handle a fast-paced clinic setting
• Tech-savvy approach to using scheduling and record-keeping software
