What You’ll Be Doing

Hospitality & Guest Experience

  • Work closely with our cleaning supervisor and team to maintain 5-star standards.
  • Visit and inspect properties, prepare thoughtful welcome books, and ensure everything is guest-ready.
  • Handle occasional guest communication when our virtual assistant is offline.
  • Organize repairs and source replacements for furniture, décor, and supplies.

Business Development & Local Partnerships

  • Reach out to local businesses to create partnerships that enhance guest stays.
  • Attend property viewings and assess new listing opportunities.
  • Liaise with landlords and furniture suppliers to support property growth and styling.

Operations & Admin Support

  • Collaborate daily with our online assistant to keep operations smooth and efficient.
  • Manage invoices, staff-related admin, and order tracking.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies across properties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Based inLondon, with avalid UK driving license.
  • Experience inproperty management,hospitality, oroperations.
  • Highly organized and resourceful with strong attention to detail.
  • Great communication and people skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools to manage tasks and messages.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys variety and problem-solving.
Bonus If You Have:
  • Experience with Airbnb or short-let platforms.
  • A background in customer service or marketing.
  • An interest in interior styling or guest experience design.
