Job summary

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd's Clip n Climb in the Metrocentre, Gateshead, is recruiting four Customer Service Assistants. You’ll be on the front line, welcoming guests, guiding them through safety briefings and helping create a fun, safe environment for climbers of all ages.

We’re looking for enthusiastic team players who can work weekends and school holidays, with a focus on customer care, reception support, and café duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Based inside the Metrocentre with good public transport access.
• Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with and assist customers.
• Perform rescues at height.
• Clean and maintain equipment using belay ropes.
• Ensure visitors are briefed and trained on safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe but fun environment for all ages.
• Uphold and follow business policies and regulations.
• Interact with customers and provide support as needed.
• Attend ongoing staff training and development opportunities.
• Support reception duties and café tasks when required.
