Job summary

UNDO is seeking a hands-on marketing support role to help keep day-to-day activity moving across email, social, website updates and campaigns. This is a brand-new hire to back the Senior Marketing Manager during parental leave.

Initially a 12‑month contract with potential to convert to permanent, the role offers hybrid working with options to work remotely and in our London/Waterloo office. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across the full marketing mix and grow into ownership of

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven professional experience, ideally within a startup or fast-growing organisation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized, resilient and able to deliver in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to seek information, inspiration and projects as needed.
• A genuine passion for climate tech, sustainability, and science-driven innovation.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email campaigns and social posts from briefs, in line with our marketing calendar.
• Make basic website and CMS updates (copy changes, image swaps, new pages from templates).
• Support with content creation and repurposing, including social posts, blog content and simple visual assets.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages across UNDO’s social channels, escalating anything sensitive or technical where needed.
• Compile regular reports on email, social media, website and campaign performance using platforms such as HubSpot, Meta and Google Analytics.
• Handle general marketing administration: briefing documents, asset organisation, supplier/contractor coordination, invoice or PO support as needed.
• Research content ideas and support the development of briefs for blogs, social and campaigns.
