Job summary

Carbon 60 seeks a Senior Marketing Operations Executive for a 12-month maternity cover in the UK & Ireland Marketing team. The role coordinates core admin, financial, compliance and organisational activities to keep the team running smoothly.

Organisation, ownership and collaboration are essential; marketing experience is helpful but not required. The post is hybrid in Marlow with three days on site.

Qualifications

• The role does not require a university degree or prior marketing experience.
• Experience in administration, operations, project coordination or procurement is beneficial.
• Experience in a regulated corporate environment and handling PO, invoices and contracts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, contracts and trackers.
• Support governance, compliance and content management workflows.
• Assist events, meetings and project coordination with Brand Leads.
• Maintain trackers, monitor milestones and flag risks.
