Job summary

You will organise training calendars, respond to client queries, and share information with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. Reporting to the Solutions & Education Services Manager, you will work closely with the support, training, and sales teams, maintain client training records in Salesforce, and help drive customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience handling client queries and coordinating training.
