Trimble Inc. in the UK is seeking a proactive Client Services Administrator to support client training and ongoing support across our software solutions.
You will organise training calendars, respond to client queries, and share information with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. Reporting to the Solutions & Education Services Manager, you will work closely with the support, training, and sales teams, maintain client training records in Salesforce, and help drive customer satisfaction

In this role, you’ll report to the Solutions & Education Services Manager and focus on customer support/customer satisfaction for Trimble products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth organisation of training sessions for our software solutions for our customers. You will work closely with the support, training, and sales teams as well as clients and will be key to ensuring our clients continue to receive best in class support delivered through ongoing training as well as escalating any software useability issues to the relevant internal team.
Location: Leeds, Milton Keynes or Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK - 4 Days in Office
Travel Requirement: 5%
