Job Description

Portico are currently recruiting for an Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive), based at our Birmingham Multinational Law Firm offices.

As a Client Support Executive, you will work across all areas of the Client Support. From providing a friendly welcome at reception to all visitors and guests, to assisting in booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events. You will also get involved with other ad-hoc daily tasks and requests via email, phone and the service desk app.

Some of the duties expected of you are:
  1. Create & maintain bookings via Condeco
  2. Greet Clients & Colleagues
  3. Liase with Catering & Facility Teams
  4. Consistently maintain excellent standards
  5. Manage Parking System
  6. Prepare name badges
  7. Prepare and maintain Meeting rooms throughout the day

Hours: 35 Hours a week - 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:30 - 17:30

Salary - £23,400

Qualifications

Applicants will need to be passionate, hardworking, ambitious, punctual and able to deliver 5* customer service.
