Proven experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and anticipating needs with a sense of urgency.
Driven by targets, proactive, with excellent communication, organizational, and preparation skills. A passion for attention to detail and the ability to make outbound prospecting calls to build relationships and generate repeat business are essential.
Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and stay current with complex product information is important. Willingness to learn and develop professionally is also required.
