Customer Support Executive (BMW, MINI)

You don't need automotive experience to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the William Morgan Group, just plenty of personality and a true passion for our Cars.

Your duties will include:
  1. Delivering an exciting and exceptional customer sales experience throughout the customer journey.
  2. Engaging actively with each customer interaction to nurture interest in the company's products and services.
  3. Implementing the company's Customer Follow-Up and Prospecting systems to create appointments and sales opportunities.
  4. Following up promptly on inquiries and leads generated through prospecting activities.
  5. Developing skills and product knowledge through training and building empathy with the brand.
  6. Communicating effectively with Sales and Retail Managers, and the Sales Teams.
  7. Answering incoming customer calls within 6 seconds, addressing their inquiries or transferring calls as appropriate, and creating callback requests if needed.
  8. Returning missed or abandoned calls promptly.
  9. Completing the required number of outbound calls daily, based on your working hours.
Your profile:

Proven experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and anticipating needs with a sense of urgency.

Driven by targets, proactive, with excellent communication, organizational, and preparation skills. A passion for attention to detail and the ability to make outbound prospecting calls to build relationships and generate repeat business are essential.

Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and stay current with complex product information is important. Willingness to learn and develop professionally is also required.

Working Hours:

26.5 hours per week, on a rotating schedule:

  • Week 2: Thursday & Friday 8:00 - 17:30 and Saturday 8:30 - 17:00
