Flexible, Hybrid Working

Work from our Tottenham Court Road office at least 1 day per week on Client Success Days (Wednesday or Thursday).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the Public Sector Client Success team of 3-5 managers, manage your own portfolio of clients, and drive service delivery, client retention, and product adoption. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting one-to-one coaching sessions with team members
  • Leading quarterly reviews and personal development plans
  • Fostering a culture of achievement and sharing best practices
  • Maintaining knowledge of Benefits, Rewards, and Employee Engagement in the Public Sector
  • Managing risks, opportunities, and client data accuracy
  • Enhancing client satisfaction and NPS participation
  • Driving employee activation and engagement strategies
  • Handling client concerns and coordinating with internal teams
  • Building long-term client relationships and managing projects
  • Providing training, attending client events, and traveling as needed
