Objectway in London seeks a Client Success Leader/Solution Delivery Leader to join the UK Service Management team. You will ensure exceptional service throughout the client journey, leading complex software delivery and managing cross-functional teams.

With 5+ years in client success or related fields and a background in UK wealth management or software/consulting for this sector, you will drive customer value, SLAs and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5+ years’ experience in client success/solution delivery or similar roles.
• Experience in UK private banking and/or wealth management sector or related software/consulting firms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of complex software projects and solutions, aligned with client requirements, scope, timelines and quality.
• Act as main client reference throughout project lifecycle from definition to go-live and post-delivery activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, PM, Operations to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies and changes; support contract management and invoicing.
• Provide visibility on project status, milestones, risks, and delivery performance to clients and stakeholders.
• Support post-delivery operations, training, onboarding, and ongoing client management.
