A leading global consulting firm is looking for a Client Success Senior Director to enhance client value and engagement through innovative strategies. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to lead client experience initiatives, manage client listening programs, and align strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in client strategy, exceptional communication skills, and analytical capabilities, ensuring a proactive approach to client management. This position requires flexibility, collaboration, and leadership across various teams.
About the Role : The Client Success Senior Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving increased value per client by shaping and enhancing the client experience, driving client engagement strategies and overseeing the Sales and Marketing enablement of our Priority Client programme. The role works with a wide range and number of senior stakeholders in the UK and also globally due to the nature of our key client base and coverage in the UK. This role requires experience in client strategy, client experience and account management and a deep understanding of the professional services industry. The individual will be collaborating with other members of the UK Sales and Marketing Senior Leadership Team with broader function leadership responsibilities.
Client Strategy & Priority Accounts: Develop and execute strategies to increase client value with tailored approaches for priority accounts and personalised engagement plans.
Client Experience & Continuous Improvement: Lead innovative client experience initiatives across all touchpoints embedding continuous improvement and leveraging technology and insights to enhance engagement models.
Client Listening & Insights: Design and manage client listening programs to gather actionable insights using data analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve satisfaction.
Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: Influence the UK Sales and Marketing Leadership teams direction championing a client‑centric culture and fostering collaboration across business units and the PwC Global Network.
Performance & Reporting: Establish and track KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of client experience and account management strategies.
Marketing & Brand Alignment: Align client‑focused strategies with firm‑wide Sales and Marketing activities ensuring consistent messaging and strategic integration across the business.
You have a proven track record in client strategy, client experience and client accounts with clarity on outcomes.
The ability to operate strategically and demonstrate visionary leadership with a proactive entrepreneurial mindset and proven success in leading large‑scale teams and market activation initiatives.
You can demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels and geographies while mentoring talent and fostering inclusive leadership.
Have strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities translating insights into actionable strategies and driving continuous improvement in dynamic environments.
Have deep industry knowledge and integrity with a commitment to ethical practices resilience through change and a keen understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
