Job summary

Jam Pan is seeking a Client Success Partner to work with clients from project setup through to delivery. You will coordinate project setup and timelines, prepare commercial documentation, and manage CRM records while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

This maternity cover role offers opportunities to grow into Customer Success and Account Management. You will build trusted client relationships and contribute to ongoing account growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account or Project Coordination, or similar.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with quotes and budgets.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• An interest in developing a career in Customer Success and Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Support clients from project kickoff to completion
• Coordinate project setup, timelines and delivery
• Prepare quotations, Statements of Work and commercial documentation
• Manage purchase orders, project changes and CRM records
• Work with internal teams, suppliers and freelancers
• Build strong client relationships and support account growth
• Gather client feedback and help improve the overall customer experience
