Job summary

PF Nexus in London is seeking a proactive, highly organized Client Operations professional to be the human face of our platform. You’ll handle inbound queries, manage onboarding communications, run outreach campaigns, and keep our CRM clean and up to date.

In this flexible, fast-paced role you’ll collaborate with founders from day one, own the introduction feedback process, and help scale subscriber engagement as our network grows across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role (CS, account management, operations) at a B2B company or similar.
• Excellent written English with professional communication across senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks without micromanagement.
• Comfortable learning and using AI tools as part of workflow.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries and onboarding communications for subscribers.
• Manage introduction feedback and CRM entries to keep data clean and up to date.
• Lead outbound outreach campaigns and assist in drafting copy for conversions.
• Draft community newsletters and help set up outbound campaigns in Apollo.
