A leading technology firm based in London is seeking an Enterprise Client Success Manager to enhance client satisfaction and retention. In this role, you will manage relationships, lead product training, and provide strategic consulting to ensure clients achieve their goals. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment, and possesses strong communication skills.
