KOR Financial Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to enhance client relationships and drive account growth. As a Client Success Manager at KOR, you will be the primary contact for our clients. We have invested heavily in automation, self-service, and on-demand knowledge, ensuring your client interactions are of high value. You will work closely with clients across all levels of seniority and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
This role requires excellent communication, flexibility, and an enterprising attitude. Your main responsibilities include:
Being the primary contact for current client inquiries related to business, domain, product, and technical areas.
Review, validate, and triage technical escalations.
Driving account growth.
Expanding revenue within accounts through pre-sales and existing client sales opportunities.
Influencing lifetime value through higher product adoption, client satisfaction, and overall health scores.
Organizing, contributing to, and participating in KOR working groups as needed.
Defining and optimizing the client lifecycle by implementing programs and initiatives to improve engagement, based on client segmentation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
