In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will establish trusted partnerships with our EMEA public sector customers. You will collaborate with internal teams—pre-sales, technical, and commercial—to support and drive sales of INRIX products. You will be a key voice for our customers, ensuring our solutions meet their needs.
As a Customer Success Manager at INRIX, your responsibility includes Net Revenue Retention, maintaining high customer engagement and satisfaction, leading to renewals and growth within your account base.
This position is based in the United Kingdom or Germany. It is a remote role requiring airport accessibility.
