Job summary

Retail Insights is seeking a Head of Client Success to shape and execute our client success and operations strategy. You will report to the Founder/CEO and scale the team to drive adoption, delivery and revenue growth across international markets.

The role requires leadership in a fast-growing startup environment, exceptional cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for building a high-performing culture. This position is office-based in London with significant growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
• Proven track record leading and scaling client success/operations.
• Experience scaling similar functions including client success, operations, sales or growth.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to apply automation to scale operations.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring and uplifting teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and manage delivery to ensure performance against commitments.
• Lead and grow the client success team, set goals, evaluate performance.
• Scale and internationalize processes across markets in a product-led growth approach.
• Collaborate across departments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Report performance to clients and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement.
