Ipsos in the UK is seeking a Research Executive to join the Channel Performance team, delivering mystery shopping programmes that help clients understand and improve customer experience and operational performance.

You'll manage a portfolio of programmes, work with clients, operations teams and mystery shoppers, and translate data into actionable insights to drive client decision‑making. This role offers hybrid working three days per week and opportunities to grow in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence working with large datasets.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
• Experience in mystery shopping, customer experience or market research.
• Familiarity with retail, hospitality or telecommunications sectors.
• Experience producing client-facing reports and presentations.

• Manage day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of client programmes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to high quality standards.
