Job summary

Ipsos in the UK is seeking a Senior Research Executive to own impactful projects, manage medium-sized studies from inception to delivery, and translate client challenges into actionable insights. You'll work with the Ipsos Observer team, collaborating across sectors, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to business growth while blending project management with research expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantitative market research in an agency, consultancy or client-facing environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience designing and reviewing questionnaires.
• Proven ability to analyse findings and present insightful reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AI use to enhance research and analysis.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Knowledge of SPSS, R or equivalent tools.
• Experience building and developing client relationships.
• Ability to support new business activity through proposals and pitches.
• Experience managing project budgets and contributing to commercial performance.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
