Simplyhealth in the United Kingdom is seeking a Client Executive to join our Sales Operations Team. You will support our Healthcare and Denplan functions, focusing on delivering excellent service and driving client engagement.

The role is hybrid with occasional travel to the Andover Office, offering a £30,000 salary and a comprehensive benefits package. You will build strong relationships, manage queries across channels, and contribute to retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key decision-makers.
• Support client retention efforts and achieve portfolio retention targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise service delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure SLAs and response times are met with high-quality client interactions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for effective client management.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and cross-selling of products and services.
• Coordinate development meetings with product and service experts for tailored client needs.
• Share collateral and insights to educate clients and drive engagement.
