Job summary

Simplyhealth in Winchester is seeking a Client Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will join the Sales Operations Team, supporting Healthcare and Denplan functions and driving client satisfaction.

You will report to the Sales Operations Manager and manage client relationships, handle queries across channels, and look for growth opportunities while ensuring service levels and accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and meet retention targets.
• Ability to identify opportunities for expansion through cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key decision-makers.
• Support client retention efforts to meet or exceed portfolio targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise service delivery and engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor, responding to client queries across multiple channels.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain SLAs and ensure high-quality client interactions.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date for reporting.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Support tactical business plans to enhance wellbeing strategies for clients.
• Coordinate development meetings with product and services experts.
