Job summary

Enlighten Learning is launching its Client Solutions Graduate Programme for graduates or final year students. The role focuses on guiding lukewarm inbound leads toward Enlighten Learning’s tutoring solutions, coordinating with tutors, and managing onboarding.

The programme is a part-time remote position with 8 hours per week across two four-hour shifts, plus ad-hoc admin and weekly online learning sessions. Travel to London is occasional, with potential for a full-time role starting August 2027.

Qualifications

• Be a recent university graduate or in final year.
• UK resident with UK bank account and phone number.
• Strong academic record at GCSEs and A-Levels.
• Demonstrated success in target-led roles.
• Interest in startup environments or entrepreneurship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold consultative calls with potential clients to understand needs and advise on packages.
• Match students with suitable tutors based on needs and preferences.
• Schedule and arrange the first week of lessons, balancing availability.
• Maintain CRM and Regular client contact during onboarding and beyond.
