Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying, commercial management or cost control within construction, repairs, maintenance or capital works environments.
• Experience of valuations, variations and cost analysis or contract administration activities.
• Experience monitoring expenditure, costs or budgets.
• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and verify contractor applications for payment.
• Manage valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Monitor expenditure, budgets and forecasts.
• Review costs and identify value for money opportunities.
• Produce commercial reports and cost analysis.
• Provide professional advice on cost and contractual matters.
