Margetts is seeking a Client Settlements Administrator to join our Finance team. You will support accurate processing, settlement, and reconciliation of client and scheme cash movements, helping meet regulatory obligations.

The role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining robust records in a controlled environment. Working closely with Client Operations, this 12-month fixed-term role may become permanent.

Qualifications

• A strong commitment to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel (formulas, lookups, PivotTables) and MS 365 apps.

Responsabilités

• Process and monitor scheme trade settlements.
• Reconcile Transfer Agency cash movements (subscriptions, redemptions, distributions).
• Monitor settlement activity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Perform client money reconciliations in line with CASS and internal procedures.
• Investigate reconciliation differences and maintain supporting records.
• Liaise with transfer agents, custodians and stakeholders to support settlements.
