Job summary

PT Renewables in Oxford is seeking a Settlements Manager to lead settlements and registrations, oversee half-hourly and MHHS readiness, and partner with Trading, Finance and Operations.

You will own meter data lifecycles, reconcile data, identify improvements, and explain complex settlement issues to senior stakeholders across the business while driving collaboration with external agents.

This hybrid role offers an up to £65,000 base salary plus a bonus of up to 20% and 25 days’ annual leave.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in GB electricity settlements and registrations.
• Experience with the BSC, SVA and MHHS operating model.
• Experience investigating settlement or registration exceptions and resolving them with external agents.
• Strong Excel, reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain volume and cost movements to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the settlements and registrations team, setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee settlements across half-hourly, non-half-hourly and MHHS arrangements.
• Oversee the MPAN lifecycle from connections to disconnections.
• Reconcile consumption data against industry reports and financial records; investigate discrepancies.
• Identify revenue leakage and provide inputs for billing and month-end reporting.
• Lead operational readiness for MHHS migration and translate industry changes into processes.
• Manage relationships with metering agents and data service providers.
