Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Client Services Team member. The position is based in Liverpool, with some opportunities to work from home. The Client Services Team member will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, coordinating projects, addressing customer inquiries, and handling finance-related queries.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Services, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction
• Expertise in Customer Service and ensuring a high level of customer care
• Understanding of Finance to manage client billing and financial queries
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the printing or design industry is beneficial
• Experience in Microsoft Office
