Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Financial Services) to join their Glasgow team. You will support a portfolio of clients, manage queries to resolution, and maintain high service standards in a professional, office-based environment.

The role offers a Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm schedule, with a base salary of £24,500 plus commission. Training and wellbeing benefits are provided as part of a supportive team ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing administrative role.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, confident approach.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment.
• Experience within financial services would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact, building trusted relationships with clients.
• Managing queries from initial contact through to resolution in a timely, professional manner.
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep processes running smoothly.
• Providing clear updates and confidently managing expectations.
• Delivering a consistently high standard of service across all interactions.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting overall team performance.
