Guidepoint is seeking a Project Manager for the Client Service team in London. You will oversee key client accounts and coordinate a team of Associates to pair clients with the right Advisors for diverse research and due diligence projects.

The role emphasizes client leadership, high‑touch service delivery, and collaboration with Business Development to maximize client value. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 2+ years of client-facing experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and oversee a team of Associates.
• Match clients with Advisors for projects and ensure delivery of results.
• Coordinate with Business Development to optimize clients’ use of Guidepoint’s services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day relationship and service delivery.
