Guidepoint London is seeking a dynamic Client Service professional to own day-to-day client relationships and ensure delivery excellence. You will coordinate a team of Associates to fulfill research requests on trends, markets, and technologies, while coaching staff on advisor sourcing and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will partner with Business Development to maximise client value and with fellow Project Managers to provide industry guidance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 2+ years of client-facing or account management experience.
• Previous experience managing a team.
• The right to work in the UK.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day client relationships and service delivery.
• Coordinate with Associates to fulfill client research requests on industry trends, market opportunities, and new technologies.
• Train Associates on sourcing, recruiting, interaction, and screening for best advisor matches.
• Work with Business Development to optimize clients’ use of Guidepoint’s services.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers to provide industry guidance on projects.
