Guidepoint is seeking an Associate in Client Service to connect clients with subject-matter experts and recruit new experts into our network. You will work with teams in London and Düsseldorf to satisfy client requests, using LinkedIn and public sources to identify best-in-class advisors.

We value a KPI-driven, fast-paced mindset, excellent English communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of an international team.

Overview:

The Client Service team connectsGuidepoint’sclients with subject-matter experts to betterinformtheir business decisions. They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours.

Play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success.

As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will understand your client’s unique business questions and identify the experts who can best provide the answers. You will find and recruit new experts into our network of over 1,250,000 Guidepoint Advisors, determining which ones are best suited to speak with the client. For many of our employees, the Associate role provides a unique opportunity to put core business skills into practice, as well as gain exposure to a wide range of industries and disciplines.

This is a hybrid position out of our Athens office.

What You Will Own:

• Operate in a sales role, identifying the best experts to join our network to provide consultation for client projects
• Work with Project Managers and other team members across London and Dusseldorf to develop strategies for satisfying each client project request
• Utilize LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and the internet to identify the best experts for our clients to get their strategic or investment questions answered
• Screen experts to determine their suitability for each specific client project and develop professional profiles to present to your clients
