Job summary

Guidepoint is seeking a Project Manager, Client Service (Corporate) based in London. You will manage key client accounts and oversee a team of Associates to match clients with Advisors for research, due diligence and trend analysis.

You will lead day-to-day client relationships, collaborate with business development, and provide industry guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing or account management experience; previous experience managing a team.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and oversee a team of Associates.
• Match clients with Advisors for projects and ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as main point of contact for day-to-day client relationship and service delivery.
