Job summary

DJH is seeking a Client Services Manager to join our Accounts team in Bexley. You’ll manage a diverse client portfolio, lead a team, and act as the trusted advisor to clients. You’ll work closely with directors to deliver outstanding service and grow the client base.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification, prior management experience, and a passion for building strong client relationships in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA qualification required.
• Experience as a manager or assistant manager.
• Experience with a diverse range of clients, including owner-managed businesses.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CCH desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaborative mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Enjoys a progressive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and look after your own diverse client portfolio.
• Cultivate long-lasting client relationships as the go-to advisor.
• Lead a team and oversee work quality to deliver excellent service.
• Collaborate with directors and other departments to support delivery.
• Deliver great client experiences and understand their business needs.
• Contribute to growth by retaining clients and attracting new ones.
• Coach and develop accounts team and line reports.
