We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join a growing Client Services team at a leading global business. You'll be the first point of contact for clients—delivering exceptional service, resolving queries, and building trust with each interaction. Responsibilities
  • Manage client and adviser queries via phone, email, and letter
  • Own and resolve customer enquiries
  • Explain products and services with clarity
  • Handling calls and ensuring enquiries / concerns are resolved effectively
  • Dealing with vulnerable customers
Qualifications
  • Good standard of education (GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths)
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills - spoken and written (business-level English required)
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport
  • Strong customer focus - committed to delivering a great experience
  • Comfortable using digital tools and open to learning new systems
