Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:Proactively gather essential information and documentation from small to medium-sized business clients to enable Ryan to maximize their clients’ savings opportunities.
Expectation Management:Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
Relationship Building:Deliver exceptional service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Data Accuracy:Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly.
Opportunity Identification:Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Ryan services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.
Education and Experience:
Positive Attitude:You are engaging, assertive, and bring a positive energy to your role.
Customer Focused:You have at least 12 months of experience in a telephone-based role, working towards targets with a focus on sales, upselling, or cross-selling.
Relationship Building:Your ability to engage in conversation and earn trust is second to none.
Goal-Oriented:You are motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.
Excellent Communicator:You have an exceptional telephone manner and can compose professional emails and reports.
Computer Skills:
Tech Savvy:Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
Salary:£25,750 per year base salary plus an uncapped commission structure.
