Duties And Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Proactively gather essential information and documentation from small to medium-sized business clients to enable Ryan to maximize their clients’ savings opportunities.
- Expectation Management: Clearly communicate processes and timescales to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Data Accuracy: Keep client records up to date and accurate, reflecting any changes correctly.
- Opportunity Identification: Seek renewal and referral opportunities for other Ryan services to ensure all client savings avenues are explored.
Education And Experience
- Positive Attitude: You are engaging, assertive, and bring a positive energy to your role.
- Customer Focused: You have at least 12 months of experience in a telephone-based role, working towards targets with a focus on sales, upselling, or cross-selling.
- Relationship Building: Your ability to engage in conversation and earn trust is second to none.
- Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.
- Excellent Communicator: You have an exceptional telephone manner and can compose professional emails and reports.
Computer Skills
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
Salary: £25,750 per year base salary plus an uncapped commission structure.
