Join an exciting startup to work on their Regulatory projects and build the future of data and reporting for financial markets. We are looking for a Client Services Engineer with prior experience working within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to design, test, and deploy data models for products, events, and regulatory rules across Securities, Derivatives, Commodities, and FX markets.
- Utilise open-source modeling to represent business products, while developing client solutions with tools and code generators.
- Manage and plan releases, including the creation of release artifacts and documentation, stakeholder representation, and delivering updates into production.
- Build expertise in the organisation’s release management tools and technologies.
- Facilitate rapid client deployment by troubleshooting and addressing challenges during solution adoption.
- Engage with clients, trade associations, and industry working groups to contribute to collective progress and innovation.
- Coordinate development processes across client projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide consistent updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.
