Job summary

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in London is seeking a Client Services Consultant to join our Client Services team in Sloane Square. You will review valuations and qualify potential clients to secure high-quality valuation appointments for our branch network across London.

Working closely with Branch Directors, you will play a key role in growing our market share in Sales and Lettings, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate activity records on our databases.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone sales within estate agency or similar industry is advantageous.
• Strong rapport-building and qualification skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required.
• Resilience, professionalism and a positive attitude are important.
• Strong commercial focus and ability to meet KPIs.
