Job summary

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings team in London. You will play a key role in matching tenants with homes through viewings and negotiations, building strong relationships over the phone and in person.

You will register and qualify applicants, conduct viewings, provide landlords with updates, and convert interest into offers while guiding negotiations to move-ins with care and clarity.

• Generating and conducting viewings obtaining quality feedback
• Keeping landlords informed with updates on viewings, activity and developments related to their property
• Turn applicant interest into offers and guide negotiations into move ins with care and clarity
