Due to the growth of the Non-Marine Client Services Team, a permanent job for a Broker Technician has arisen.
Your new role
As a Broker Technician, you will need experience in a similar technical support role, especially in producing slips for the Energy business. You should be passionate about providing excellent technical support and solutions to clients. Your duties will include supporting global teams, preparing renewal documentation, creating market and client documents, assisting with client coverage evidence, producing reports, maintaining systems, submitting slips and LPANs, and developing business relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Broker Technician, particularly with Energy slips, is essential. You should have intermediate knowledge of the (re)insurance market, strong communication skills, high accuracy, and understanding of global market dynamics. Being CII qualified or working towards it, a team player, and proficient in Microsoft Excel are also required. Experience as a Processing Technician is desirable.
