IDEX is working exclusively with a Marine specialist Lloyd's Broker aiming to make offers to ambitious, client-centric producers across Marine Hull & Machinery, Marine Cargo, Liability, and Fine Art/Specie.
This business is honest, bold, independent, and different from others. With a rich maritime history, it has recently received minority investment and aims to grow tenfold.
It remains a family-funded, independent business with an entrepreneurial mindset. Their growth is powered by investment capital that preserves their independence, culture, and core values.

- An experienced Marine Producer who transitioned from the corporate world to this nimble, independent business.
You will work both strategically and operationally, leading from the front to drive growth and profitability. You should have a background in wholesale marine or specialist knowledge in Marine Hull & Machinery, Marine Cargo, Liability, P&I, or Fine Art & Specie.
You will benefit from an established network, including a Specialty MGA in the US.
Our multi-year partnership supports this broker's plans to make significant investments across various verticals, demonstrating a strong commitment to expanding their London market wholesale business.
If you have strong client connections and a desire to build something unique in the market with full investment support, this could be your ideal opportunity.
Even if you currently work within a large corporate wholesale broker handling third-party business but possess the entrepreneurial spirit to build something new, we want to hear from you.
The first step is a conversation with IDEX to learn more. We can provide a candidate attraction brochure and videos for your review. Following that, we can arrange a non-committal conversation with the broker. No CV is required initially; we can assist with that process.
